One time classes are not refundable, however may be eligble for a voucher for proper reasoning.
By joining the discord server, a flight or using any service provided by SevLines you automatically agree to follow these rules.
By not following these rules, your access to any SevLines service will and can be revoked. This may also result in a blacklist from any airlines that SevLines is in affiliation with.
All sales are final, no refunds possible. Business and First class access may be revoked of you at any time or point concluding in no refund.
All rules apply to other SevLines Services even if they're only listed once.
These guidelines may change at any point of time and must be respected. Subject to change.

Guidelines
1) Discord Server Terms of Services
1. The posting of NSFW/adult content/innapropriate content is strictly forbidden in this space.
2. Advertising, including through direct messages, is strictly prohibited in the server.
3. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards harassment and bullying in any form, encompassing racism, arguing, and other disruptive behaviors. Please refrain from using any harmful or offensive language that may cause distress to others.
4. Any form of threatening harm or promoting/threatening suicide is strictly prohibited.
5. Utilize the appropriate channels for discussions; detailed rules for each channel are outlined within.
6. English is the designated server language. Messages in other languages cannot be moderated and will be removed.
7. Please refrain from ghost-pinging other members.
8. Threatening to nuke/raid/harm SevLines in any form is not permitted at any point.
9. Strictly prohibit the sharing of off-site links associated with stealing personal information.
10. Personal information must remain private. Any unauthorized disclosure of someone's information is not allowed.
11. Impersonating a staff member or another member will result in a swift response. As it consumes valuable time for both you and us, such actions are strongly discouraged.
12. Kindly minimize the use of explicit language.
13. Avoid spamming, including but not limited to images, texts, and mentions.
14. We enjoy feedback, however rude feedback is not permitted. Please leave constructive feedback.
15. At all times follow the discord terms of service. Breaking the discord ToS will result in an immediate report to the Discord Safety Team.
16. SevLines reserves the right to blacklist, mute, kick, warn and ban you without proper reasoning needed to be shown.
2) Roblox rules
1. Do not use hacks/exploits or anything else.
2. When flying with us, you must face appropriate behaviour.
3. Use the perks you own. If you as an Economy Class member sit on a Business Class or First Class seat or access restricted areas (such as lounges), that is not allowed.
4. Glitching is not allowed.
5. Do not be disorderly and listen to staff members.
6. Making jokes about terrorism, contagious diseases and tragic past events is not allowed and not respected.
7. Follow the Roblox Terms of Services. Breaking the Roblox ToS will result in an immediate report to the Roblox Team.
8. Impersonating people, especially the ROBLOX Coorporation, Staff of SevLines or any other popular figures is prohibited.
A discord ban will most likely result in a ban from the game, and a ban from the game will most likely result in a ban of the discord server.
3) Staff rules
Staff is not allowed to abuse their powers.
Our Terms of Service are the foundation for a positive and secure gameplay experience.
Any staff member found in violation of these terms, as outlined in the agreement, faces immediate termination of privileges without prior notice.
Maintaining a respectful and safe environment is paramount.
We expect all staff to uphold these standards and contribute to a thriving community for our players.
Staff is required to follow the Staff Guidelines provided upon hiring, and are not excluded from punishments.
If you leave the server during the application process/during you being a staff member you will be banned from all services if you do not provide a quitting notice.
